WHAT TO EXPECT?

We will be spending around 45 minutes in quiet reflection using a variety of Christian traditions (such as Taize, Ignatian, Lectio Divina). There can be bible readings, silence, questions to ponder, reflective music, and prayer. It will change slightly from month to month.

When the service leader signals the end of the time, please leave the space quietly. Feel free to talk outside, but we will leave the hall for those wanting more time to reflect.
